Jumpzylla offers a flexible return policy for all our customers. You can return your product within 30 days of purchase and you will be refunded for the full price of the item as folllows:

FOR UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS BOUGHT BY MISTAKE OR NO LONGER WANTED:

• the product is in its initial package;
• no parts are missing or damaged
• the return cost is supported by the customer.

FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS WITH MISSING PARTS:

• in this case, return is covered by your warranty, and you will be given a free, prepaid return label;
• product needs to be repacked in its original pakcage;
• no parts ( including damaged ones) should miss from the package;
• customer will provite photo or video evidence of the damage/incomplete package.

*With your 1 year Jumpzylla warranty, you can also choose to request replacement parts instead of returning for refund.
