SHIPPING

After you place your order, your product will be ready to ship:

• until 5PM the same day during weekdays;
• on the next working day during the weekends or after 4PM;

Your product ships from our closest center to your address: Utah or Tennessee. Depending on your location, shipping can take from 2 to 6 days.

RETURNS & REFUND

Jumpzylla offers a flexible return policy for all our customers. You can return your product within 30 days of purchase and you will be refunded for the full price of the item as folllows:

FOR UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS BOUGHT BY MISTAKE OR NO LONGER WANTED:

• the product is in its initial package;
• no parts are missing or damaged
• the return cost is supported by the customer.

FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS WITH MISSING PARTS:

• in this case, return is covered by your warranty, and you will be given a free, prepaid return label;
• product needs to be repacked in its original pakcage;
• no parts ( including damaged ones) should miss from the package;
• customer will provite photo or video evidence of the damage/incomplete package.

WARRANTY

All Jumpzylla products come with a FREE one year warranty, however, make sure to read all the information in your package about what nulls the warranty, so you can make sure can benefit from it in the unlikely case that your trampoline breaks.

If you would like to extend your warranty, you have two options:

1. One year extension for the Basic Jumpzylla Warranty that protects you against parts of the trampoline breaking or becoming unusable;
2. The Force Majeure Warranty, that protects you from damage caused by strong winds, earthquakes, floods and any other force majeure event.
