When will my order ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the continental US. All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your trampoline's journey to your home.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return of your Jumpzylla trampoline, please contact our customer service team directly via email at contact@jumpzylla.com or call us at (978) 699-9486. Our team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization number, and share instructions for packaging and shipping your item back to us. For quickest processing, please have your order number ready when you contact us.
Can I exchange my trampoline for a different size?
Yes, you can exchange your trampoline for a different size if you find your current model doesn't suit your needs. To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer care support team. They will guide you through the exchange process, including details about potential price differences between models and return shipping procedures.
What if my trampoline arrives damaged?
If your trampoline arrives with any damage, please take photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly send replacement parts for minor damage or arrange for a complete replacement for significant damage at no additional cost.
Can I return a partially assembled trampoline?
Unfortunately, trampolines can only be returned in their original packaging. Once assembly has begun, the trampoline cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you've started assembly and encountered an issue with missing or damaged parts, please contact our customer care support instead of attempting a return. Our team will work with you to resolve any problems by sending replacement parts as needed.
How do I track my order?
We don't offer tracking on the Jumpzylla website. All shipments include a FedEx tracking number sent via email, which you can use on FedEx's website to monitor your delivery status
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed and encrypted.

Can I partially disassemble for winter storage?
