Trampoline is good. Replacement parts not available.

The trampoline is good quality and shipping is quick. However, we had an issue with our trampoline blowing over (our fault) which damaged the net. The company only offers $100 towards a new trampoline in this case, and does not offer the net kit For purchase.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I purchased a 14 foot trampoline two years ago for my son, countless hours of fun. Over the last year some of the netting started to rip and the protective cover around the edges was also starting to rip. I figured it was just typical wear and tear so I had called the company looking to purchase replacement parts. Super awesome. I got the 14 foot trampoline. We are just setting it up now. Instructions are pretty easy to follow. Takes 2 people to set it up. I had several issues with fedex not delivering the trampoline- for some reason they kept saying “undeliverable” and item would get sent back to the distribution center twice and finally came on the third try- So it did take about 2 weeks to actually arrive from the time I purchased it. That being said, I was extremely satisfied with Jumpzillas timely and kind communication regarding this issue and the trampoline itself seems like it is excellent quality. Very happy 5 stars!

We live ours!

Wow! This thing is massive! It comes with anchors to help it stay put in storms. My kid absolutely loves having this in our backyard. The box is pretty heavy so make sure you have help moving it. It's easy to assemble. So easy that it took one person to do. I live that it comes with a safety net AND a padded guard around the springs. Those provide a huge piece of mind for me as a parent. I can't believe how cost effective this is for the size and quality.
