What sizes of trampolines do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of sizes from 8ft to 16ft to fit any backyard or space requirement. Our most popular family sizes are 12ft and 14ft, while our 15ft and 16ft models provide the most jumping space for multiple users or growing families.
What's the maximum weight capacity?
Our trampolines are designed for both children and adults, with varying weight capacities based on size. Our larger models (14ft, 15ft, and 16ft) can support up to 450 lbs (204 kg), while our smaller models (8ft, 10ft, and 12ft) support up to 375 lbs (170 kg). Each trampoline has undergone rigorous safety testing to ensure reliable performance at these weight limits, making them perfect for family fun or multiple children bouncing together.
What materials are used in Jumpzylla trampolines?
We use premium materials including heavy-gauge galvanized steel frames with anti-rust coating, UV-resistant polypropylene jumping mats, high-tensile steel springs with zinc coating, and reinforced polyethylene safety nets that are 3x stronger than industry standard.
What safety features are included?
All Jumpzylla trampolines include a triple-secured safety enclosure, foam-padded poles, spring padding with extra thickness, and a secure zippered entrance. Our comprehensive padding system ensures maximum protection during play. Our safety features exceed industry standards by 35%, giving parents peace of mind while children enjoy active fun.
Are accessories included with the trampoline?
All Jumpzylla trampolines come with a complete installation kit including the frame, mat, springs, spring cover, safety enclosure, ladder, anchor kit, and all necessary tools for assembly. No need to purchase separate tools or components to get started. Additional accessories such as basketball hoops, sprinkler systems, and shade canopies are available separately to enhance your trampoline experience.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the continental US. All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your trampoline's journey to your home.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and interested in our trampolines, please join our newsletter for updates on international shipping options.
How can I track my order?
We don't offer tracking on the Jumpzylla website. All shipments include a FedEx tracking number sent via email, which you can use on FedEx's website to monitor your delivery status
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return of your Jumpzylla trampoline, please contact our customer service team directly via email at contact@jumpzylla.com or call us at (978) 699-9486. Our team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization number, and share instructions for packaging and shipping your item back to us. For quickest processing, please have your order number ready when you contact us.
Can I exchange my trampoline for a different size?
Yes, you can exchange your trampoline for a different size if you find your current model doesn't suit your needs. To arrange an exchange, please contact our customer care support team. They will guide you through the exchange process, including details about potential price differences between models and return shipping procedures.
What if my trampoline arrives damaged?
If your trampoline arrives with any damage, please take photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly send replacement parts for minor damage or arrange for a complete replacement for significant damage at no additional cost.
Can I return a partially assembled trampoline?
Unfortunately, trampolines can only be returned in their original packaging. Once assembly has begun, the trampoline cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you've started assembly and encountered an issue with missing or damaged parts, please contact our customer care support instead of attempting a return. Our team will work with you to resolve any problems by sending replacement parts as needed.
What size trampoline is best for my yard?
For proper safety, we recommend at least 6 feet of clear space around all sides of your trampoline. This means for a 12ft trampoline, you need a minimum area of 24ft x 24ft. If space is limited, our 8ft and 10ft models are ideal for smaller yards while still providing excellent bounce quality.
What size is best for multiple children?
For families with multiple children, we recommend 12ft models or larger. While we advise only one jumper at a time for maximum safety, a larger jumping surface provides more room for rotation among siblings and reduces collisions with the safety net when taking turns.
What's the best trampoline size for teenagers?
For teenagers and older children, our 14ft and 15ft models are ideal. They provide the optimal balance of bounce height and stability for heavier jumpers. The larger diameter also accommodates more advanced moves and provides a larger safety margin for more energetic jumping.
What's the minimum age for using your trampolines?
Our trampolines are designed for children ages 6 and up. We recommend adult supervision for all children using our products, especially for younger jumpers. Our safety features are specifically engineered to provide protection for school-age children and older, with appropriate weight limits as indicated for each model. We currently do not offer specialized models for children younger than 6 years old.
What surfaces can the trampoline be installed on?
Jumpzylla trampolines can be installed on grass, soil, concrete, or decking. All trampolines include an anchor kit for secure installation regardless of surface type. When installing on hard surfaces like concrete or decking, we recommend ensuring the area is level and clean before assembly. The included anchor kit works effectively on all surface types to keep your trampoline stable and secure during use.
