Extend your standard Jumpzylla Trampoline Warranty with added protection against unpredictable acts of nature. This specialized warranty is ideal for those living in areas prone to major storms, tornadoes, or hurricanes.

With the Force Majeure Warranty, you’ll receive a full replacement or the necessary parts to repair your damaged trampoline. Please note, this coverage is not included in your standard warranty and must be purchased as an add-on.

Important Details:

• Proof of Purchase Required: You’ll need your Order ID (found in your confirmation email).
• Coverage Includes: Damage caused by natural disasters or acts of vandalism.
• Coverage Excludes:
  • Damage from improper use or custom installations not aligned with the installation manual.
  • Exceeding the weight limit or placing heavy objects on the trampoline.
  • Damage caused by not storing the trampoline properly during winter.
  • Installing the trampoline in the ground.
• Warranty Duration: Coverage begins immediately upon purchase of the Force Majeure Warranty and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Warranty Certificate: After payment, you’ll receive a downloadable certificate, which will be required when filing a warranty claim.
