All Jumpzylla Trampolines with Enclosure come with a free, 1-Year-Warranty. This Warranty protects you in the unlikely case that you discover parts missing from your package, parts are damaged on arrival or the trampoline deteriorates.

If you want, you can Extend Your Warranty by one year, or you can opt for the Force Majeure Warranty, which protects against strong winds, earthquake, floods, acts of nature or other extreme events.

CAN ADULTS USE THE TRAMPOLINE AS WELL? WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT?

Our trampoline is designed for kids and adults alike as long as the weight limit is respected as follows: Jumpzylla 8FT Trampoline: 265LBS.

DOES IT COME WITH THE HOOKS THAT HELP YOU INSTALL THE SPRINGS?

All Jumpzylla Trampolines with safety net come in the package with a set of two spring hooks and ALL tools needed for fast and easy installation. Every step of the installation process is explained in the Jumpzylla manual and installation video.

DOES IT COME WITH WIND STAKES?

Our Jumpzylla Trampoline with enclosure net comes with a set of 4 ground wind stakes for trampoline in the package. ATTENTION: wind stakes do not offer full protection against very strong wind or tornados.

DO THEY WORK FOR GENERIC BRAND TRAMPOLINES?

Our Spring Cover Pads will fit most generic round trampolines but you might have to adjust based on the shape and position of your poles.

Most importantly, check the sizing chart on each Spring Pad Listing to make sure you are ordering the right size for your trampoline.

For Jumpzylla Trampolines, you don't have to measure, just order the same size as your trampoline.

WHAT DOES PATENTED DESIGN MEAN?

Our engineers spent the first part of 2023 working on a new design for spring cover pads that would mix practicality ( they are really easy to install) with style ( you get two colors in one pad). Once we were ready, we registered our exclusive design for our Jumpzylla Family to enjoy.
