After doing much research on trampolines, this was one of the best trampolines I came across and still feel that it is a great product. The most frustrating part is my poles have corroded through and I have been waiting months for replacement parts with no date in mind of when that may be or an answer as to where to buy these parts. The safety net is what honestly sold me as my kids are still younger.
We love our Jumpzylla trampoline so much! It’s great quality and the size is perfect for my 10 & 13 year olds to jump together without bumping.. occasionally an extra friend or even me will join! This trampoline looks much nicer than most trampolines in my opinion too - love the sleek black option. Most importantly, I love Jumpzyllas commitment to safety! We had our trampoline for only a couple months when a family of bears decided to play on it! Surprisingly they did zero damage to the bottom but the cubs chews a hole through the safety net and held a pretty large hole! So, this trampoline is strong enough to withstand a family of bears jumping and playing!
Jumpzylla said they’d send us a new safety net so my kids can continue jumping SAFELY! :-) I wasn’t expecting that, but it was very appreciated! Great customer service from Ariana.

Our Jumpzylla trampoline is perfect! We have two kids, age 7 and 9, we bought the 14ft. The size is great! The assembly was simple and quick enough!
We have had a few trampolines when our kids were younger and now they are all married. We have five grandkids and two on the way so we knew it was time to get a new trampoline. Good readings and safety were very important and this came in a timely manner, it was decent to put together and so far has done a great job at holding so many of the kids, including some adults. I am hoping this will be a trampoline that provides many memories for our many grandkids to come.
We are thrilled to have our new trampoline! It meets all our expectations and hopes and our two sons love using it everyday rain or shine. It came within three days of purchasing it. It only took me two hours put it together by myself and I have no experience with trampolines. So far after having it for a few weeks I have already told friends about it who have went bought and received theirs and put together too!

Love this trampoline! Sturdy base, super bouncy and durable. Totally an upgrade from our previous off-brand Amazon one. We especially love how the net attaches with clips, making it easy to remove for high winds/hurricanes. Highly recommend!

Great trampoline! Replaced our 7 year old trampoline with the Jumpzylla 15ft one and we couldn’t be happier! Love that it comes with a ladder too! Easy instructions for setup as well. My children have used it everyday since it’s been up- even in the rain!
