Perfect size! Happy with the 10 foot. Has a good bounce. The mat and net are good quality. Also my daughter loves the purple
Works great, looks good, built well for 4 kids. Springs are a little noisy when bigger kids jump. Instructions could be better and I would add the spring cover before the vertical net poles so it sits better on the side. Ties are different and still leaves a gap between the net and springs on the inside of the trampoline. Would like to to come with a better ground anchor solution.
Parts were missing, boxes were broken. Parts of the trampoline were falling out of the box upon delivery. Had to go to Lowes and improvise seeing as it was a Christmas present for our kids.
It was easy to assemble. Good quality. My 4 year old grandson loves it!
The overall quality is OK. The box came damaged and parts inside the box had opened because of it so a few screws were missing. Upon getting everything assembled I realized the trampoline was missing an entire loop on the exterior so there is a gap as there is nowhere to hook the spring to.
I’m not a huge trampoline fan but my children are so I try and find the safest and most aesthetically pleasing
Trampoline that I can. This will be our 3rd one (storms and hurricanes) and this really caught my eye. I passed up all the Black Friday sales for this because of the appearance and how complimentary it would be to our yard. My husband put this together Christmas Eve and I kept asking if he put it together right or dragged it on its side across the yard. It gives a very tattered and cheap appearance and not at all like the photo of the one I purchased. I gave it 2 starts because it went together ok and because it jumps…. That’s all I got. You’re better off buying the cheapest sale you can find.
Got our trampoline set up for our kids for Christmas and the pad that covers the springs has a tear in it. We are also missing one of the poles for the stairs.

I haven’t put it together yet because it is for Christmas. But I was very disappointed in the delivery. It was standing up and against my front house siding and it is very heavy. It could have damaged my siding. the box is not in great shape. I’m hopeful that there was no damage to the trampoline itself during shipping.

So much better than I expected. I purchased the 10FT because I didn't want a huge trampoline in the backyard. I thought it was going to be way too small, but it's actually a big size. Perfect for my eight year old and a friend to jump at the same time. It did take my husband a few hours to put it together, but it was so worth it. Just don't forget to purchase stakes and harness to keep it from flying away on windy days!
Super grateful for customer service at Jumpzylla for sending us replacement parts to repair our trampoline. My boys have enjoyed a full year of fun on our Jumpzylla . Like all outdoor equipment, our trampoline needed some TLC after a year of DAILY jumping and weather events. After emailing customer service and explaining the parts we needed, they quickly sent us replacements so our boys could get back to jumping! Highly recommend this company. I purchased this trampoline for our grandkids and it was shipped to their residence. It was delivered extremely quick, within like three days. My daughter started assembling the trampoline before our son-in-law got home from work an she had about 75% assembled. He had to help install the final three or four of the net bars, but was quickly finished. They suggested it was extremely good quality and the grands love it!! Thanks!!

Easy to follow instructions. 2 people and 1.5 hours and we had a trampoline. It arrived 2 days after placing the order. Definitely recommend. We will be purchasing accessories and a bigger one as my granddaughter grows!

We purchased the 12 ft trampoline for our three boys. We absolutely love the trampoline. It is not to high from the ground, it is durable and very safe. We live in Colorado and unfortunately our trampoline took itself on a walk down our yard when we were hit with a microburst with winds of around 80 mph. It landed on our fence and some damage was done. Overall the trampoline frame and jumping surface survived but the net ended up with a hole in it and a few of the support posts for the net were broken. We reached out to the company and they sent us all of the replacement parts we needed for free even though we were just outside of the 1 year warranty period. We really appreciate how they worked with us to make sure that our trampoline was back and in safe working order for our kids to enjoy again. Highly recommend their trampolines and the Jumpzylla company. Amazing customer service!
We bought this for our 4 granddaughters and we couldn’t have made a better choice! They absolutely love it. We love it because of all the safety features that it possesses. The zip up enclosure that keeps them from flipping off and getting injured is wonderful. It also keeps neighboring children from wandering onto it as we out the ladder inside and zip it shut and lock it. The guard that covers the
springs and keeps legs and arms from injury. The girls absolutely love it and have so much fun. We have even gotten in and joined in. It’s a great edition to our outside games. We give it a full 5 stars!!
