Thinking im getting a pack of fiberglass sticks for 33.99 but ended up get one. I bought this trampoline for $290.00. Just to buy 8 replacement sticks it will cost me over 240.00 could buy a new trampoline. Ypu need to clarify how many in thr purchase that its s singular stick purchase.
We bought a Jumpzylla trampoline in the spring of 2025 that was destroyed in a storm this past March. Our children were very upset to lose their favorite outdoor activity in our backyard. Customer Service at Jumpzylla helped us with replacing the trampoline even though we did not have a warranty. Our new trampoline arrived promptly and Jumpzylla provided extra tie downs to secure the trampoline in a future storm. They also provided guidance on how to protect and prevent damage. The trampoline is very well made and our family of 6 loves it. Our children's friends enjoy coming to our house to jump with them. Great product backed by fantastic customer support.

Love this trampoline! Sturdy base, super bouncy and durable. Totally an upgrade from our previous off-brand Amazon one. We especially love how the net attaches with clips, making it easy to remove for high winds/hurricanes. Highly recommend!
Solid trampoline. Definitely need 2-3 people for assembly or two people with some saw horses. The assembly videos online help as the written instructions aren't very detailed. Tip: Make sure you put the stakes in the ground, we almost lost the trampoline to some high winds.

Great trampoline! Replaced our 7 year old trampoline with the Jumpzylla 15ft one and we couldn’t be happier! Love that it comes with a ladder too! Easy instructions for setup as well. My children have used it everyday since it’s been up- even in the rain!
Immediately out of the box, this trampoline had almost no bounce and honestly felt defective. I tried contacting Jumpzylla multiple times by email and never received a single response. After getting no support, I had no choice but to keep it.
Over the next few years, the quality issues kept getting worse. The upright poles that support the net started bending and eventually snapped completely. The spring pad is now badly faded, cracked, and dried out, and the straps are deteriorating as well.
When my kids jump on it, the entire trampoline squeaks, flexes, and shifts around. The legs no longer sit straight and all lean slightly. The mat still has the same dead, no-bounce feel it had the day I assembled it. My kids are 10, 8, and 5 and weight between 50 and 140 pounds.
I specifically chose this trampoline over cheaper $250 versions from Walmart or similar because I assumed I was paying for something more durable and premium. That was absolutely not the case.
At this point the net supports are broken, making the trampoline unusable. I’ve since replaced it with a Vuly and am hoping for a much better experience.
In my experience, the quality of these trampolines is terrible, and Jumpzylla’s customer support was even worse.
I think the padding could have been thicker other then that I have no complaints.
