I am overweight and sadly both of my knees are bad. I think since I do not need to bend my legs to use it, I am able to exercise and get in a good workout using this rebounder. I started out in Nov 2025 doing 5 min and have now worked my way up to 45 min!! It is really fun to do while watching a tv show or music videos. Very good quality and completely silent to use. I would recommend highly!
